You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, items should be returned within a further 14 days.

Items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, some beauty, skincare, grooming and personalised items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we'll help you resolve it.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
